Dear Nicky, I am very sorry to hear that Joe died. He meant allot to me. He was the best of the best in my opinion. Truthful, honest, forthright. He helped me and supported me in the ways he conducted himself, and in his devotion to the job. he was the iconic tough but Selfless individual that we all respected. I know you know this and I hope his children and grandchildren know that he was an example to be followed. Seymour Schwartz
